Yea olde clearout continues.  Today we have some 6mm SF models for sale.  One lot of GZG Kra’Vak and one lot of Exodus Wars Guild.

First up the GZG Kra’Vak.

These models have been based for Future War Commander (or at least how I do bases for FWC!)

Next along we have some of the superb Exodus Wars Guild models.  These again are based for FWC.

After the torrential rain of the past week the sun has finally shown its face in Morecambe and it is gorgeous!! Thats today’s weather report… and now the news…

On the painting table today we have some Baccus War of Spanish Succession and the completion of the GHQ commission from the other day.

First up though the Baccus figures.  These are part of a large commission so expect to see this army grow over the next couple of months.  I haven’t added the flags to these yet but will do that over the next day or so.

As always with Baccus these figures are gorgeous and an absolute delight to paint.  The detailing on them is superb and they really are very crisp sculpts.

Next along we take another look at the GHQ German Panzer Recon Team from the other day.  These are based on 30mm square bases (for those that like to know that sort of thing!).

Back to more War of Spanish Succession tomorrow, and maybe some Napoleonics too!

We have a 15mm GZG Tracked Battlegroup for sale.  Infantry figures and Power armour are NSL.

This army group consists of 4 armoured infantry squads, 2 power armour squads and the vehicles show.

Good evening all, and if your in the UK enjoying the wonderful British summer!  As I type it is hammering it down in Morecambe and Jasper and I are soaked to the skin (yet again!).

For todays blog entry we take a look at some of the wonderful models from GHQ.  For a client I was asked to paint up the G160 German Panzer Recon Team.  GHQ models are always a joy to paint up as the models are gorgeous (yes I should get out more!).

The models need to be based, just waiting to hear about the bases.. and i’ve just realised that I’ve missed painting the half track tracks… DOH!

Also today we have been working on War of Spanish Succession French, waiting on ink drying at the moment so photos of those tomorrow!

Yay done!!  After I might possibly have broken the website the other day I have finally finished sorting things out.  Sadly the text from all previous blog entries has gone the way of the Dodo, but I have managed to recover all of the photos.  Rather than redo all the blog entries relating to these photos I have uploaded them to an online gallery.  So for those who still want to have a peek at previous work still can.

Back to the painting table today and back to the Napoleonic era.  Baccus Cossacks were the order of the day today.  These were part done a while back, but today I got them finished off.

More Napoleonic stuff tomorrow, and some War of Spanish Succession too!

After a brief spell of being missing and a lack of posts we are back.  The site has been up and down today as I have been moving things around and making the firezonestudios.com account the primary domain.  This has meant that I have needed to shift things around on the server.  Now all was going well until I needed to move the blog.  It would appear that I have made a monumental cock up, so we start again.  I still have all the images, but the posts have gone AWOL.  The moral of this story is don’t work on websites when you are stressed and tired.

Ah well… So the first post for the brand new shiny blog is a Japanese Mecha that I have been working on.
