Wow, what a day it has been.  If you saw my blog post from this morning or any of my Facebook posts then you will know that I have  been suffering with a rather peculiar ailment.  During my sleep on Saturday night I was bitten by a spider (so the Doctor thinks).  This caused the skin surrounding my left eye to swell up closing off my eye (which was fun).  A quick trip to the Doctors this morning and lots of antibiotics, thankfully, the swelling has started to go down so I can at least see properly.  This all led to a rather late start for me today.

So what do we have for you today?  Well I’m assuming that you have read the title of this blog entry so you’ll have a pretty good idea of whats going on!  So I’ll shut up and let the photos do the talking.  I’ve now found my other camera so the photo quality has improved somewhat, which I’m rather glad about.  First up are some of the rather gorgeous GHQ modern US infantry.  These are for a commission and my brief was to make them suitable for use in Iraq/Afghanistan scenarios.

Next up we have a couple of tests… I’ve had some Baccus ACW figures kicking around for a while and I’ve never really decided what I was going to do with them.  Well I thought I’d do a test base for Polemos and see how it looks.  I’m rather happy with the results.  The base is 60mm x 30mm.

I also got some SF bits finished up today, but i’m waiting permission from the owner before I upload the photos.  So i’ll todays post with a test base of Irregular Fantasy miniatures, in this case Undead.  These are for a project that i’ve got rolling around in my head.  More on that soon (ish).

And on that i’ll leave you in peace for today.  Tomorrow I think some more Moderns, some more ACW and some Napoleonics too.  Well I hope so.. dentist in the morning (eeek!)
